Production Manager - Welding & Fabrication (5-7 yrs)
Predominantly worked in Welding and Fabrication :
Managing shop floor of 30 employees, meeting the customer requirements in stipulated time handling 5 to 7 vendors, procuring raw materials, maintaining inventory, keep the stores in order, verifying vendors bills, incoming materials inspection, making very simple basic engineering drawings for laser cutting, visiting customers places as on when need arises, ISO records, looking after delivery of end products to customers, etc.
Qualifications and skills required :
- BE (Mechanical), 5 to 7 years shop floor experience, age 30 - 35 good exposure to basics of mechanical engineering drafting basic drawings on CAD
- Well versed in creating and maintaining quality documents
- Willing to move on for visiting 7 to vendors in and around factory
- Smooth handling of labors, customers and vendors
- Quick grasping power of the situation, etc.
