Production/Marketing/Lab assistant (2-15 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Monitor and manage production.
2. Maintain RM & FG stock records, batch testing records etc.
3. Relevant experience in manufacturing at a batch manufacturing facility lika a Pharma, cosmetic or chemical company is a must.
4. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
5. Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
6. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
7. ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
8. supervise and motivate a team of workers.
9. review worker performance.
