Production Merchandiser - Textile Industry (10-16 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
i. Ensure seamless merchandising activity with the team of merchandisers: receipt of orders, sampling, Labdip, Fabric & Trims approvals, ERP updation, issuance of internal order sheet, PPM, Production follow-up.
ii. Internal Quality checks, Inspection and liasing with logistics to ensure timely shipments.
iii. Actively involved in development, costing, sampling, range presentations on new developments/design techniques every season for different buyers depending
iv, Coordinating with planning, production, quality and dispatch departments for delivery & distributiong of Stock.
v. Developing production plans and schedules; arranging for resources to ensure on time achievement of targets.
vi. Monitioring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO, AQL quality standards and maintaining requisite pre & post shipment documentation.
vii. Supervise a team of merchandisers to achieve divisions business objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction.
