For one of the Leading Indian MNC Organisations, JVG Consulting is Hiring for the position of Production Officer for Karnataka Location
Job Description :
- To ensure 100% uptime of machine in co-ordination with plant engineering department.
- Ensuring that hygiene of the machines is maintained.
- Deciding upon time needed for packing a batch depending on condition of the machine
- Minimizing downtime activities for a shift
- Coordinating with plant engineering: to ensure that preventive maintenance of listed equipment is completed as per schedule.
- Raise all breakdown notifications in SAP.
- Troubleshooting for machine breakdown.
- Coordinate with other sections to ensure the maximum output in shift
- Fill up the shift report at the end of the shift. And plan (packing material, material to be packed, manpower, machine, etc.)
For next shift.
- Maintain inventory of packing accessories (stamps, lable, klassmarker, ink, etc) and regular monitoring the same.
2) Quality Aspect
- Update environmental and quality records.
- Carry out all required quality checks before start of packing operation .also ensure quality checks of finished goods at regular intervals in the shift.
- Ensure adherence to documented systems on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance of wi's of iso 9001 and 14001 requirement.
