Technical / Functional
- Understand manufacturing / filling-packing operations and best practices
- Understand components of total cost of production and factors to influence it
- Understand manufacturing, maintenance and quality system (GI 23.010-2, NQS, CDM etc.)
- Know relevant statutory, company and factory standards, rules and procedures
- Understand health, safety and environmental principles
- Effective communication both verbal and written
- Computer Knowledge
Qualifications
- Engineering or Technology graduate or post graduate with specialization in Food Technology
Experience
- 0 to 3 years experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality functions in FMCG industry
