Job Role :

- Storage and receiving of raw materials from RM store

- Handling storage and calibration of standard weights

- Verification and calibration of load cell

- Cleaning of machine parts

- Procuring receipt verification issuance retrieval and disposal of metallic stereos letters

- storage of bulk product in quarantine area

- preparation of different concentration of detergent and disinfectants

- cleaning and sanitization of external preparation area

- cleaning and sanitation of drains

- operation and cleaning of cream / ointments / gel manufacturing plant

- operation and cleaning of jacketed tank with stirrer

- operation and cleaning of tube filling; sealing and crimping machine

- operating and cleaning of liquid manufacturing plant

- generation of requisition slip from computer for dispensing; calculation and verification of quantity of the product

- fumigation in external preparation area

- cleaning and replacement process / product filter

- monitoring and recording of temperature relative humidity and differential pressure

- air and line clerance

- in-process control during various stages of manufacturing of finished products

- operation and calibration of digital electronic balance

- disposition of raw material packaging material in-process semi-finished product and finished product

- potency calculation

- cleaning and sanitization of drains
