Production Operating Engineer - Building Materials/Products (1-3 yrs)
We're Hiring an Operating Engineer for a leading Manufacturer and Supplier of Building Materials / Products
Mandatory Documents- Passport
Position - Operating Engineer
Location - Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Gender: Male
Language Proficiency: Marathi
Salary + (Plus yearly bonus) + Other Benefits + Medical Insurance
Requirements & skills :
- Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
- (Fresher or 1-2 years experience in Production)
- Autocad will be an added advantage
- Good Analytical skill
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work as an Operating Engineer in Factory
- Follow the Production plan given by seniors
- Operate the Machine & perform setup changes as per the Production Plan
- Working on Assembly stations
- Packaging of the finished product
- Follow the Safety norms
- Follow the standard work instructions
- Achieve the 90% efficiency
- Machine or assembly area 5'S daily
- Active participation in Shop floor Improvement projects
- Active participation in Kaizen
- Multiskilling
- Zero rejection in Production
- Zero customer complaint
