Production - Planning & control (4-10 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic person for production - Planning & control at our factory located at UPSIDC Industrial Area Dhawa road, Lucknow.
Should have prior experience into production department int furniture industry
Key responsibilities
Production planning and scheduling : Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
Inventory and resource management : Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Quality assurance : Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process and conduct quality checks.
Process improvement : Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs, often using lean manufacturing principles.
Team leadership and coordination : Supervise production teams, facilitate communication between departments (e.g., design, sales, and procurement), and resolve production issues.
Reporting and compliance : Prepare and present production reports to management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
