Production Planning & Control Engineer - Cable & Wires (3-5 yrs)
Servel India is hiring a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer for its Cable & Wires manufacturing operations. The role involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources.
- Responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and forecasts, coordinating with production, stores, and quality teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring availability of raw materials.
- The role also involves tracking production progress, maintaining PPC MIS, analyzing capacity utilization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have 3- 5 years of experience in PPC within a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable, electrical, or industrial products.
- Strong coordination skills, analytical ability, and experience with ERP/SAP systems are preferred.
