Production Shift Manager (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Delivering on all KPI targets to the operations on his shift: EHS, manufacturing costs per kg, fixed cost, production quality.
- Ensure equipment, building and utilities are maintained according to legal and company EHS standards and towards effectiveness.
- Lead the emergency response efforts for their shift.
- Ensure shift personnel are current on all EHS, quality and efficiency training requirements and adhere to appropriate regulations, policies and practices.
- Ensure proper production documentation is established, issued, completed, reviewed, and maintained.
- 5 or more years experience in a chemical manufacturing operation in a leadership role.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift schedule and attend meetings/training on unscheduled work days when required.
- Ability to perform and understand different on-line QC testing and draw relevant conclusions to suggest needed adjustment to process operations.
