We are seeking a highly skilled and detail- oriented production supervisor to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a production supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor all activities within the production dept. To ensure seamless operation.
- Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor- s degree in pharma science engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a production supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent ledership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using production management s/w and ms office suite.
