Production Supervisor (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day to day production activities by allocating right resources.
- Understand the need of Dispatch unit line / customer & make the necessary planning to feed without any delay.
- Need to carry out detailed analysis of issues occurred during testing & submit the finding / report to Cross Functional Team.
- Ensure WIP & Physical inventory is always correct by keeping close watch of day-to-day consumption.
- Need to ensure relevant ERP activities- Production order closing, Transfer order of material, etc
- Ensure smooth operation on line / machine by operator to avoid any damages.
- Need to train new Operators for smooth & safe production.
- Attend Dispatch Unit from hospital area on priority to dispatch by initiating necessary rework
- Ensure SQDIP as per predefined criteria
- Ensure discipline on floor by engaging workers in their routine target.
- Need to attend relevant shift as per requirement
