Production Supervisor - Hot Forge (4-10 yrs)
Job description :
- Responsible for full fill the forging requirement as per customer schedule & machining requirement with best quality.
- Responsible for monthly, weekly & daily Machine loading plan as per forging schedule.
- Responsible for material movement for next operation & maintain the minimum inventory level.
- Working as a Production supervisor in Quality improvement team.
- Responsible for Manpower handling and optimal use of available resources.
- Responsible for increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for the improvement in process by revalidation of processes.
- Responsible for KAIZEN and POKA-YOKE activities to improve our product quality.
- To guide subordinates about the insp. of regular & new components.
- Responsible for achieving production targets.
- To work for maintaining the 5S on the Shop Floor
- To solved out Quality problems & takes their proper counter measures and implements them on shop floor.
- Knowledge of instruments like Height Gauge, Vernier Calliper, etc.
- Maintain all type of documents of production and Quality related.
- Handle the in house customer complaints regarding forging issues.
