Job Description :
Position- Production Supervisor/in charge
Gender - MALE
EXPERIENCE 5-8 years of experience in a production environment.
Previous quality management experience
Location : Qatar
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To enforce the company's disciplinary code of conduct with all staff under supervision
- Scheduling the production according to the Sales Target
- Controlling of all production activities
- To notify management if any crisis arise
- Allocate of operators as per their skills
- Deciding the machine maintenance without affecting the production
- Prepare and recommend leave schedule to Factory Manager
- Running the production efficiently with minimal wastage
- Accountable for all Raw materials used for production
- Monitoring Yield and Efficiency
- Preparing Daily Shift reports with material consumption and wastages
- Implementing GMP practices in the factory
- Preparing maintenance schedule for each and every machine with the coordination of Maintenance Team
- Monitor daily machine maintenance activities as per the schedule
- Responsible to produce material requisition to stores in charge
- Monitoring and maintaining Daily In-house cleaning
- Responsible for all the technical spares used for machinery
- Responsible to produce 100% quality product
- Monthly Meetings with all staff under supervision
- Implement ISO requirements in Production department
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
