We have an opening with our Leading Client - Agri based Company looking out for a Production Supervisor / Manager - Hyderabad Location
JD:
Work Location - Toopran, Hyderabad
Exp - Min 5+ Years
Qualification - Any

Roles:
- To achieve the target crop output (Yeild) for the current season
- To explore new areas for Production activities
- To Calculate Manpower requirement for the current season
- To Ensure Manpower Recruitment and Deployment by coordinating with Recruitment Team
- Review Manpower deployment and utilization
- To ensure Crop target is adhered to
- To review progress on acreage, measurement, sowing activities
- To ensure timely supply of seeds.
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
- Assess shortfalls and and plan course correction
- To Check Crop Quality by coordinating with QC Department
- To Share Crop Arrival plan with Processing Team
- To laison with Government Department on Seed Certification
- To Arrange Induction Training Program & Technical Program by coordinating with Training Team
- Ensure Safety adherence
- Development of team mambers
