Job Description :
Position: Production Supervisor/ Shift Incharge - Plastic Injection Molding
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Molding Supervisor that will be responsible for all supervisory activities related to molding in the production department. The Molding Supervisor will lead and direct Cell Champions and Mold Operators in the coordination of planning and assignment of daily work activities for molding.
- Knowledge in Processing (Plastic Injection Molding)
- Production Planning,New Mould Trials,Rejection Control & Analysis,Basic Knowledge in CAD,
- Prefers from Automotive/ Plastic Industries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 3-4 years Production supervision experience
- Must have Production experience, preferably in injection molding or similar environments
- Computer literate in MS office
- Positive attitude and excellent people management skills
- Ability to analyze reports and performance
