Production Technician (5-7 yrs)
1. Required candidates having experience in Adhesive, Tapes, Coating Industry
2. This position is primarily responsible to ensure that the manufacturing strategy as approved by senior management is implemented and regular feedback / vital information is provided to make informed decisions.
3. Lead the shift team to deliver production volumes on schedule while maintaining set quality standards and ensure safety at all times.
4. Prepare and distribute MIS reports. Stock Accounting, production v/s plan reporting, work permits, Raw-Material Shortages on Production Floor, Resolving all sorts of Issues arising, Safety related data, Losses Observation & Analysis etc.
5. Support Quality initiatives and sustaining, to deliver best in class performance from the team.\
6. Responsible for conducting Training at shop flooras per the plant requirements/needs.
7. Implementing & maintaining 5S activities at Shop Floor.
8. Ensure effective man management by supporting, guiding & developing the team towards achievement of departmental objectives.
9. Conduct Quality control testing.
10. Able to prepare & operate standard operating procedure (SOPs) & work instructions
