Program Management Officer - Manufacturing Firm (5-7 yrs)
Job Role: Program Management Officer and Lean Six Sigma expert for driving Yellow belt & Green Belt projects at all locations of Organisation.
Candidate Requirement:
1. Should have a good hands on experience in 3PL, Manufacturing environment (5-7 Years)
2. Should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills & time management skills
3. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
4. Should have understanding on P&L Management, Cost management
5. Strong Leadership, Project Management skills, hands on skills on MS office ( Excel, PPT )
6. Should have experience of handling various stake holders for delivering on projects
7. Should have in depth knowledge of Problem Solving QC Story/ DMAIC Approach, VSM, Lean, Basic & New QC Tools, Statistical Tools & Techniques
7. Should have Good analytical ability ( Analytical Mindset ), Problem solving ability
8. Excellent understanding on, Lean, SPC, DOE, PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, QCPC, DWM&S and other continuous improvement tools and techniques
9. Should be certified Six sigma Green Belt / Black belt and have hands on experience of guiding projects leaders for projects execution as per structured approach through the use of right tools.
10. Should have formal experience of imparting training in organizations and should have taken at least 500 + hours of training and 200 + participants
11. Should be a self starter and business driver
12. Should be ready to travel across the country and stay at locations
