Program Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)
- We are hiring for one of the global leader and manufacturer of Automotive parts for the role of Program Manager.
- Looking forward for good experience in Project management with customer interaction, preferably from automotive parts manufacturing companies (HP Pelzer, Magna,Supreme Treon).
Essential responsibilities and duties :
- The role of the Program Manager is to manage specific Programs excluding Serial activities in order to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness in line with group guidelines.
Program Management Execution :
- Interact with Core and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Team members to establish & support program goals.
- Build the project plan in order to track important mile stones and budget information
- Coordinate all the program activities, set up and follow program master schedule (design, validation, industrialization), inform about deviations and propose action plans
- Liaise between departments to ensure all financial, engineering, and quality needs are addressed
- Guide Core and extended team members on the seamless execution of program activities
- Gain knowledge of Risk/opportunity analyses by supporting the development and implementation of appropriate action plans
- Assist in ensuring all cross-functional program teams understand their objectives and assignments
- Assist in organization of communications throughout the program lifecycle
- Assist in transition from development Centre to production plant
- Close collaboration with Plant team and Serial Program Managers to key issues
