Program Manager - Contract Manufacturing - Pharma (8-15 yrs)
Role: Program Manager
Job Description
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage the developmental activities at CMOs
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between BBL team and CMOs.
- Review the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepare status reports.
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
- Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and meet the program goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with cross functional teams and CMOs
- Detailed understanding of planning and execution of manufacturing transfers, including drawing/specifications, technical files, process validations and product registrations
- Experience working with project teams in multiple locations and from various cultures
- Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Understanding of the pharma and device industry. Awareness of regulations and their potential implications in project planning.
- Detailed knowledge of PMI processes. PMP accreditation preferred
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant program management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant Manufacturing experience
