Program Manager (Fit Out)
- Responsible for operational management of the facilities support team, ensuring all works are carried out to the organizational values and behaviors
- Ensuring best practice is being carried out and communicated to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, plus other associated duties
- Develop site logistics (mobilisation / demobilisation) plans.
- Develop and implement Project Schedules in accordance with key milestones
- Review, sign-off and implement Project EHS Management plan.
- Management and motivation of Project construction and Engineering teams.
Qualification And Experience :
1. BE or Diploma in Civil with 6-10 Years of fit out experience at Program Management level. PMP Certified is desirable.
2. Excellent knowledge of safety, stakeholder liaison, leadership and sustainability would be a requirement for this role.
3. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Good oral & written communication skills
