Project Analyst - Civil (0-3 yrs)
Purpose of the role :
The Project Analyst will work with the firm's broader investment team, while assuming analytical and monitoring responsibility for investment projects
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for the technical analysis of underlying real estate project
- Develop, maintain and contribute to technical checklists for investment and monitoring process
- Reviewing structural drawings, contracts, approvals and technical specifications as necessary
- Monitoring project performance through activities like site inspections, contract controls, surveying
- Communicate views through written and verbal presentations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Highly skilled at presentations and articulation
- Technology Savvy
- BE or B Tech Civil (preferred along with B.Arch or Bachelor of Planning) with 0-3 years of experience
