Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Salary: - 3 - 4.8 LPA (- 25,000 - - 40,000 per month)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Project Architect to manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in design execution, working drawings, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control projects from start to finish, ensuring innovative and functional designs.
-Prepare and revise detailed architectural drawings and layouts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and clients.
- Manage project timelines, reporting, and site execution activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project execution and coordination.
- Strong technical, design, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Must be open to regular site visits and client interactions.
