Project Architect (10-12 yrs)
Job Description :-
We are seeking an experienced and creative Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in residential architecture, possess strong technical and design capabilities, and be proficient in CAD and other architectural tools. You will lead the design and execution of residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential projects.
- Create and review CAD drawings, 3D models, and detailed working drawings.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure design objectives are met.
- Coordinate with construction teams for project execution and on-site resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in residential project design and execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Sound knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a real estate or architectural consulting environment is a plus.
