Project Architect (10-12 yrs)
About the Role :-
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead residential architecture projects from concept through to construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, deep technical knowledge, and proven leadership in managing large-scale residential developments.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Project Leadership :
- Lead architectural design and development of residential projects from initial concept to completion.
2. Design Documentation :
- Prepare and review detailed CAD drawings, specifications, and comprehensive construction documents.
3. Consultant Coordination :
- Collaborate with external consultants including Structural, MEP, and Landscape teams to ensure cohesive design integration.
4. Site Supervision :
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout execution.
5. Project Management :
- Oversee project timelines, design deliverables, and budgets. Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet project milestones.
6. Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements :-
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture, particularly in residential projects.
- Proficient in CAD software and architectural drawing standards.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices.
- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
