Project Architect - Construction (4-8 yrs)
Project Architect
- Must have prior experience in Villa Projects / Apartment Complexes / Luxury Residences
- Oversee the design and construction of the project
- Prepare Budget, BOQ and Specification Lists
- Check on the feasibility of the architectural designs
- Comfortable in using Autocad, 3d
- Adequate knowledge in zoning requirements and ensure that the design comply with the regulations
- Good Leadership Skills, Communication, Problem Solving Skills
- Oversee the construction crew
- Ensure timely completion of the project
Reports :
- Progress Reports of the project, Costing, Budget Vs Actuals, Revised Budgets
- Final Inspection upon completion of project
