Project Architect - Real Estate (10-25 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Skilled Architect with strong conceptual thinking, responsible to manage all stakeholders for design of residential superstructure
2. Robust knowledge of DP 2034 with comprehensive understanding of nuanced planning.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to create feasibility studies and design briefs
4. Strong conceptual thinker with a vision for developing architectural ideas into real projects by understanding the practicality
5. Liaise with contractors, consultants throughout design and constructions phases (local and international); including municipal departments and government officials for approvals
6. Build high level relationship with senior management to establish future value creation by offering trusted advice
7. Ensure successful delivery and completion of the project within agreed timelines and budgets
8. Deep understanding of cost, nature of development and the aptitude to manage luxury as well as aspirational developments
9. Monitor and guide on project management and advise/allocate resources and staff
10. Strategize and communicate effectively to solve business issues / needs
