- Coordination with internal Department (accounts, design, sales, production and quality)
- Coordination with client -regarding payment, production, dispatch, design related issues.
- Follow up & Collect payment from Clients.
- Coordination with installation team. Arranging Manpower for installation & commissioning of projects.
- Solving query between installation team & Client
- Scheduling the project from Start to end
- Entering all handover report in CRM
- Preparing work order release of production department.
- Internal Purchase order release to purchase department.
- Taking drawing approval from clients.
- Resolving of troubleshoot for each and every project if required.
- Acting as a single point contact for Project Coordination team.
