Project Coordinator - Civil (20-25 yrs)
BE CIVIL
- Handling multiple large project in building construction industry
- Must be handling projects with minimum value of 300-400 cr. each,
- Must be handling multiple projects in the range of minimum 600-800 cr.
- Extensive experience in building projects in contracting/construction industry required.
- Overseeing multiple projects, handling entire gourmet of engineering with profit & loss management of the company in conjunct with budgeted financial objectives.
- Overall Planning, Coordination, monitoring and Controlling of Project
- Coordination with Clients/Consultants.
- Ensure all Construction activities are properly planned and
- completed within the contract period
- Invoke Sequential handover of the works
- Periodic communication with all concerned site including attending to meetings called by the PMC
- Track actual progress Vs Planned
- Responsible for control of project budget, Program, Quality & Safety
