Project Coordinator/Engineer (4-8 yrs)
- Understanding Drawings and coordinating with the clients to ensure the lift shaft is ready as per requirements
- Inspect the site once civil work is completed
- Support the sales team in understanding the site during pre-sales and suggest the best possible options for the external structure, taking into account the client's budget.
- Coordinate with the operations team and share weekly status or delays with clients on site progress.
- Coordinate internally with the Ops team to ensure all details are always updated on the company's tracking software - - Zoho Projects- .
- Based on planning and completion dates, follow up with Accounts team, Purchase team, Design team, HOD or any other team, if required, to ensure deadlines are not missed
- Co-ordinate with external civil contractors and monitor their work to ensure good quality work
- Inspect the structure work thoroughly and provide approvals for payments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects efficiently and on time.
- Effectively maintain relationships with all vendors.
- Effectively maintain relationships with all clients.
- Formulating and managing the escalation matrix.

- Proven work experience as Project engineer/ Site Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Thorough knowledge of Excel
