Job Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end execution of geospatial, LiDAR, drone, and engineering survey projects. The role involves coordinating between multiple teams, managing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and task allocation.
- Coordinate daily work activities across field, processing, QA, CAD, and reporting teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly trackers to ensure workflow adherence and deadlines.
- Manage all project documentation such as DPRs, logs, QA/QC sheets, and data records.
- Facilitate submission of raw data, processed data, and final deliverables.
- Track client feedback, handle revisions, and follow up for timely approvals.
- Support billing processes through measurement sheets and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients for updates, schedules, and deliverable acceptance.
- Identify risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Key Performance Indicators:
- On-time completion of project milestones.
- Accuracy and consistency in documentation.
- Timely billing with minimal approval delays.
- Positive client feedback and satisfaction.
- Increased workflow efficiency and reduced rework.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, Management, or related field.
- Experience in LiDAR, Drone Survey, GIS, CAD, or engineering projects is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Google Workspace, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
