Project Coordinator - Project Planning (3-6 yrs)

Role: Project Coordinator (Hebbal, Bengaluru)
- The Project Coordinator will support project planning, schedule analysis, and scenario evaluation for residential construction projects using Inkers- AI-powered project management platform.
- This role focuses on analyzing project schedules, testing planning scenarios, and assisting project teams in optimizing project timelines using the platform. The role is primarily analytical and planning-oriented, with minimal involvement in site execution activities.
- Candidates with experience in residential project planning and a PGDCM from NICMAR (or equivalent) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1) Project Planning & Schedule Analysis
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project schedules, milestones, and planning frameworks for residential projects.
- Analyze construction schedules and identify critical activities, dependencies, and potential planning risks.
- Support the creation and refinement of structured project plans within the AI platform.
2) Scenario Simulation & Planning Optimization
- Use the AI platform to evaluate different planning scenarios and schedule alternatives.
- Support project teams in testing schedule changes, resource allocations, and sequencing options.
- Analyze outcomes of different scenarios and assist in identifying more efficient project timelines.
3) Data Structuring & Platform Enablement
- Translate project planning data into structured inputs within the platform for analysis.
- Ensure project plans, milestones, and dependencies are properly configured within the system.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of planning data used for AI-driven insights.
4) Planning Insights & Decision Support
- Generate planning insights, reports, and visualizations from the platform to support decision-making.
- Assist Project Managers and planning teams in interpreting schedule analytics and recommendations.
- Highlight potential delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization in project timelines.
5) Collaboration with Planning Teams
- Work closely with project planners, consultants, and internal teams to refine project schedules.
- Support workshops or discussions related to planning strategies and schedule improvements.
- Ensure planning updates and revisions are properly reflected in the platform.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PGDCM from NICMAR or equivalent qualification in Construction / Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience in planning or scheduling of residential construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction project lifecycle, planning methodologies, and scheduling principles.
- Experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate different planning scenarios and outcomes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
