Key Job Responsibilities :

Project Design and Delivery :

- Create shop fitting drawings as per the zoning layout and concept requirements for new stores

- Address specific requirements from the concept for existing stores

- Understand, align and deliver projects in line with the project delivery schedules (budgeted and nonbudgeted)

- Generate fixture BOQs as per defined norms

- Undertake competition study with reference to look and feel of competition stores, fixtures and processes and share the same.

Project Database Creation :

- Create and maintain a record of the updated retail store layouts, physical drawings, time spent on changes made and budgets

- Create the brand package and obtain the necessary approvals

- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of a sample board for each of the concepts based on the design pack

- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of the fixture catalogue with the coding, dimensions, costing and fixture indents with all relevant details

- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of a library of new materials and technology in line with latest trends

- Provide relevant material for creating and updating the E-library of inspirations and learnings in the server at the concept, subgroup, brand and store level (in terms of images, catalogues, vendors, magazines etc.)
