Job Summary :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to manage and execute large-scale building projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and hands-on experience in project execution, billing, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare abstract and measurement sheets, BOQs, and handle project billing

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and technical documentation

- Execute building project contracts from planning to completion

- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables

- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and construction norms

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

- Oversee site execution for civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works

- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and MIS

- Use drafting software and MS Excel for drawings, data tracking, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience on large-scale construction projects

- Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP services, materials, and finishes

- Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) and MS Excel

- Sound knowledge of construction quality standards and best practices
