Project Engineer - Civil Design (5-6 yrs)
Job Description
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management. ... Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Supervise construction process to ensure adherence to project civil design specifications
- Ensure that the queries and concerns raised by contractors regarding project design execution, quality standards, material delivery etc. are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide daily updates to Project Manager on the status of the progress in the area supervised
- Monitor the workmen of contractors to ensure adherence to the milestones as per their project plan; monitor quality of workmanship and initiate corrective action wherever necessary
- Ensure discipline and low absenteeism amongst the workmen; escalate the matter in case of issues
- Consolidate the material requirements in a timely manner.
Experience : 5-6 years
