Project Engineer - Manufacturing Operations (4-10 yrs)

Candidate Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Study RFQs and gather necessary information from customers in coordination with the CBG team.
- Participate in DAP meetings and take notes of customer suggestions.
- Conduct internal design document study to understand project requirements.
- Prepare costing sheets for project inquiries to ensure accurate manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to implement design changes that facilitate easier and more cost-effective manufacturing.
- Manage codification and standardization processes for efficient project execution.
- Process PRs for project material requirements based on design specifications.
- Execute projects within approved budgets and timelines, utilizing project execution time plans (Gantt Charts) for effective monitoring.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of BOP and manufacturing parts.
- Perform overall quality checks during system assembly and integration, conduct FMA checks before customer PDI and delivery.
- Coordinate customer PDI trials, ensure proper packing and unpacking of materials at the site.
- Install and handover systems to customers, providing necessary coordination and support in after-sales services.
