Job Description :
Location: Hoskote, Bangalore
a) PRE-BID: Review RFQ/ specs, provide specs & qty of each item to procurement team for obtaining quotes, estimate landed cost for each item; coordinate with Design team & get the drawings prepared to depict scope for the company; Prepare Technical Deviation/ Clarification list; compile proposal; attend Technical & Commercial meetings with Customer.
b) POST BID: Internal discussion to fix the budget for a project, identify risks involved in the project; Prepare project execution schedule; Ensure all other post bid activities are carried out systematically as listed in the attached Annexure.
c) SOP's & PROCEDURES: Ensure the implementation of Quality Manual, guidelines & SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for projects department and contribute towards continual improvement.

Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
