Project Engineer - Planning & Scheduling - ESP (5-10 yrs)
- Project Engineer from EPC industry, good if he has handled project management related to Air pollution control system ESP with thermal power plants
- Must be a B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Power plant Engineering
- The person should be a project management professional and able to handle planning and scheduling, good in communication, good in liaising with clients and other stockholders.
The person will be responsible for:
- Project taking over from marketing & estimation team after getting the Order & thereafter single point contact to end customer for entire Project scope management.
- Controlling & monitoring of Project Progress & performance. Escalating to higher management whenever necessary.
- Risk identification, planning & implementing mitigation.
- Issues management.
- Managing within Engineering, Procurement, Expediting, Erection & Commissioning departments within organization for execution of contract within time, scope, Budget & Quality.
- Reviewing Cost Estimation provided by Proposal team, Preparing & monitoring Budget, Cash flow, Sanctions for various expenses, Preparing Costing report for higher management. Responsible for profitability of the Project.
- Responsible for Invoicing to Client & Liaison for Account receivables. Projecting monthly Invoicing target & coordination to achieve the same.
- Monitoring Project dash Board & intervening as per project requirement.
- Responsible for scope management as per Contract document & Making follow ups, correspondence & meetings with Client & consultants for various Contractual issue & Scope management.
- Project handing over to end client including settlement of Techno commercial issues.
- Capturing the Project learning & discussion among internal stakeholders, feed back to the external stakeholders.
