Project Engineer - PLC Automation (4-9 yrs)
Qualification : Diploma / BE(EEE)
Experience : 5-8 years
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead development of processes to deliver best performance at lowest cost giving due regard to safety, operability, maintain ability and legal compliance
- Scope and develop initial designs and layouts for capital projects, and then expand the min to detailed plans and drawings.
- Provide feasibility studies, specifications and budget estimates for capital schemes
-Support Project Managers on major projects undertaken by GMT worldwide or existing operations to deliver installations on time and to budget
- Lead the implementation of approved capital projects.
Keyskills : PLC Automation PLC programming AC drives Autocad
Desired Candidate Profile :
Technical Knowledge :
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Design Review
- Comprehensive knowledge of SG and GMT safety management system and standards
-Solid experience in PLC code development, preferably on one of the following systems :
- SiemensS7-300orS7-1500
- Rockwell Control Logix
- AC Drives advanced understanding.
- Strong experience in process instrumentation.
- PLC programming and commissioning of projects with a high degree of autonomous working
