Project Execution - BMS & ELV (2-5 yrs)
- Act as the primary site representative (Front Face) for all ELV- related project activities.
- Ensure project execution within defined timeline, cost, and quality standards, aligned with client expectations.
- Prepare detailed project schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) based on material delivery and installation targets using MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Track progress and update schedules proactively to manage delays.
- Submit daily work progress reports, recovery plans for delays, and weekly updates to management and clients.
- Identify and resolve project risks and site obstacles in a timely manner.
- Conduct site surveys, mobilize teams, and deploy resources as per the execution plan.
- Lead site safety processes and ensure compliance with work permit and client safety protocols.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA system, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain testing reports, inspection records, and commissioning documents.
- Prepare BOQ as per actual site requirements and validate quantities against purchase orders (POs).
- Raise purchase requisitions, manage material flow, and ensure safe storage and usage.
- Monitor project costs, billing status, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure complete handover of the project with all technical and commercial documentation in place.
Desired profile of the candidate
- Strong knowledge of BMS & ELV systems (CCTV, FAS, Access Control, PA)
- Experience in installation, testing & commissioning
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office
- Good communication and team coordination
Basic / UG Qualification
- Diploma / bachelor's degree with experience in relevant field OR Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.
