Project Head :
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Well equipped with conceptualizing the plant construction blueprint to commissioning of plant to determine and define scope of work and deliverables within predetermined project cost.
2. Construction management & planning, in coordination with all stakeholders.
3. Appointment and Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors of Architectural firm, Civil Contractor, MEP Contractor, PNM Contractor and Manufacturing Plant Equipment contractor.
4. Control of construction cost, quality and occupational health and safety.
5. Liasioning with local authorities, to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
Job Requirements :
1. Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management.
2. Preferably with at least 15 - 20 years working experience, with minimum 3 manufacturing/industrial unit projects completed end to end.
3. Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
4. Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and controlling costs.
5. High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
6. Proactive & strong leadership and management skills.
7. Ready for relocation.
