Project Head - Construction (15-20 yrs)
Our client is a large Indian conglomerate developing a large residential and mix use integrated township in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
B.E / B. Tech (Civil) + Post-Graduation in project management
Key Responsibilities :
- Start to finish project delivery within budgeted cost and time-lines
- Obtaining In-time statutory approvals
- Timely development of GFC drawings
- Timely placement of contracts and effective contract administration
- Timely procurement of construction material
- Ensuring labour availability for managing project schedule
- Safety management at site
- Overall responsibility of Quality Assurance and Quality Control at site
- Project staff management and mentoring
- Training of project staff and contractor staff
- Workmen training to enhance productivity
- Implementation of innovations at sites
- Effective management of CSR activities in area of influence
