Project Head - Construction (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Experienced in Project Management with multiple exposure of projects in the areas of Industrial Construction Works
- Project Planning and coordination with Client, Contractor, Consultants & Architects.
- Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment
- Day to day co-ordination with consultant representative for resolving issues with respect to drawing/decisions etc.
- Periodic evaluation of vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery & service
- Monitoring & Controlling of Contractors work.
- Overviewing of QA/QC at site.
- Logistics Scheduling and Planning.
Salary : INR 20,00,000 - 25,00,000 P.A.
