Designation / Title: HVAC - Head project

Location : Hosur

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of complete tender documentation for Customer RFQs technical proposals, compliance statement, general layout and other documents as needed

- Deciding on appropriate solution to meet customer requirements including selection of components, preparation of Bill of Materials for cost estimation to work out techno-commercials proposals to meet cost/delivery targets and statutory & regulatory requirements

- Interface with Customers for clarification of specifications, prepare response to technical issues, plan and lead reviews with the customers

- Co-ordination with Engineering members for Design, RAMS, Noise, etc, and other functions like Marketing, Projects, Sourcing, Production Engineering, Logistics, etc for effective tender submission and project execution

- To oversee development of the product from design to prototype to FAI and support in troubleshooting, field commissioning and validation

- To keep abreast of new developments in the field, to offer innovative solutions

- To work towards complying to Faiveley Management Systems to achieve Worldwide Excellence

Desire Profile

Experience: - 15-25 yrs.

Education - Candidate must be have B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering, M.E/M.Tech Thermal Sciences

Salary Range - Salary: - 15-18 lacs pa

Competencies: Professional:

- Strong Expertise in HVAC system design and development

- Thorough understanding of cooling load estimation, including familiarity in calculation software tools

- Expert in component selection like Heat exchangers, compressors, motors, fans, etc and setting norms for performance evaluation

- Ability to generate proposals within the constraints of cost and technical challenges

- Thorough knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory requirements and Industry Standards like ASHRAE/ARI

- High level maturity to function as technical lead for projects with customers and other stakeholders

- Communication with good command in English, Good Networking skills

- Highly dynamic, proactive and motivated, self-motivated, open minded

- Good soft and analytical skills

- Need to travel on occasionally within India and abroad
