Job Description :
- Should lead Capex project of 50-100 Cr in Iron making division (MBF, Sinter, Power plant).
- Project manager with engineering exposure.
- Exposure in Ductile Iron pipe plant project will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators :
- 100% safety compliance
- 100% Quality compliance (QAP, Erection protocols, WPS/PQR)
- Engineering co-ordination for basic and detail engineering
- To maintain project timeline (Construction planning, Execution)
- Cost effectiveness ( Resource optimization, Cost saving)
- Mandatory (MUST)
- Conversant with Negotiations and Vendor management skills
- SAP Knowledge
Communication skill (written & verbal) :
- Safety Compliance
- Good Presentation skill
- Working knowledge of MS Project
- Professional Experience
- Engineering basic & detail
- Construction management
- Cost estimation
- Planning and billing
