Job Title : Project Head - Real Estate
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all phases of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for potential projects.
- Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Head or similar role in real estate development.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with construction and development processes.
