Project Head - Real Estate Construction (15-20 yrs)

Mumbai Job Code: 2922

- Preparation of project budget and managing the project without cost overrun.

- Contract & procurement management.

- Co-ordination for Project compliance & regulatory team.

- Bill certification.

- Meeting with all the stakeholders and prepare the MOM.

- Oversee the planning, monitoring, tracking, controlling & evaluation of the whole project.

- Understanding project details, preparing project schedule, updating the schedule as it evolves.

- Oversee the planning, implementation, QC and status reporting of the project.

- Prepare QC manual and ensure quality of work.

- Resource allocation

- Communicate with the client, client billing and follow up with contractors and other agencies involved in the project.

- Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate.

- Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time.

Technical Skill Set Required:

B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or M.E. / M.Tech. (Civil)

Project/Construction Management- NICMAR

- Good skillsets in Engineering, Design & planning

- Excellent in estimations, Exposure to construction industry.

- Good in costing, cost analysis, rate analysis. & Value engineering

- Establishment of appropriate document control & record maintaining system

- Good Presentation skills.

- Good oral & written communication

Behavioral Skill Set Required:

- Practical & Creative

- Leadership and motivational skills

- Analytical Skills

- Team work

Functional Skills Set Required:

- MS Project familiarity with CPM scheduling software applications is a must
