Project Implementation Manager (Renewable Energy Power Producing Company)

Role:

- The person will supervise the development and implementation of new projects in the Renewable Energy space of the Company and its Project SPVs. He will report to the Senior Management and will directly assist in all strategic and tactical matters related to project development and implementation

- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Company's mission

- Oversee the management all project implementation activities and coordination with Site Managers and EPC Contractors including preparation of project monitoring reports

- Oversight follow up of construction & erection activities to ensure construction as per time, cost, quality & safety standards

- Estimate the cost and time for works (via negotiation between OEM suppliers, vendors/sub-contracts, etc.) and provide as inputs

- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard project assets of the organization & Project SPVs

- Oversight of all activities including engineering inward inspection, erection & commissioning and monitoring of contractor performance for project & subcontractors

- Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements Project Implementation and maintenance of requisite documentation

Requirements:

- BE/B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical / Civil is preferred)

- Post qualification work experience of 15+ years

- Should have worked for at-least 7 to 10 years on the full cycle of Renewable Energy Projects of atleast 200 MW- Inception to commissioning

- Experience in handling Contractors and managing ROW issues

- Knowledge of government policies and regulatory framework in the Power sector

- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
