Project Lead - Hotels & Restaurants (12-24 yrs)

Role Overview:

As the Project Head - Hotel / Restaurants, based in Mumbai, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful completion of hotel and restaurant projects, ensuring they align with client vision, budget, and timelines. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will directly impact the creation of exceptional dining and hospitality experiences, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end project management of hotel and restaurant construction and renovation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead end-to-end project execution (design, civil, interiors, fit-outs) from concept to handover

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

- Oversee the selection and management of contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and kitchen consultants to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with operational requirements.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, prioritizing the health and safety of all project personnel.

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.

- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in civil, engineering, retail, and construction project management, with a strong understanding of the hotel and restaurant industry.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen designing principles and best practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen consultants and equipment suppliers.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai, overseeing project execution and collaborating with various stakeholders.
