Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all aspects of Interior Designing project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and requirements.

- Create and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.

- Develop and maintain Interior Designing plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines, to track progress and ensure adherence to project goals.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept and client's budget.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project delivery within set parameters.

- Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.

- Supervise and mentor junior Interior designers and support staff.

- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members.

- Conduct regular meetings, facilitating effective communication and decision making.

- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept and client's budget.

- Oversee the procurement and installation of all interior design elements.

- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in the field of interior design.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Architecture degree preferred.

Qualifications : Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.

Industry of Work Experience : 6+ years of experience in Landscaping and design with work experience with some Real Estate company with hands on working experience on Luxury residential projects or Luxury Malls.

Language Requirements : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical and Hard Skills : Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is a BIG Plus.

Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
